Morning Sickness Cures

Morning sickness is found in 30 – 50% of the pregnant ladies. The conditions of morning sickness are not only confined up to morning but it will be there for the whole day.

There are few cures which can be followed to lower down the symptoms of morning sickness. For example intake of vitamins can help in removing morning sickness. It is necessary to have at least 50 gram of vitamin B6 daily. Oral doses will also solve the purpose.

Cures Of Morning Sickness:
Some other cures for morning sickness are:

  • You must have good sleep at night.
  • Try having small naps during the day as tiredness can provoke morning sickness.
  • Try to avoid warm places as heat can generate the nausea sense.
  • While cooking food make sure that the windows and exhaust of your kitchen is open.
  • Avoid fried and greasy food as it provokes heart burn and nausea.
  • Intake of protein snacks is important every two hours.
  • Make sure you are never totally empty stomach. Try to have small meals at every hour or so.
  • Avoid caffeinated drinks and include milk in their place.
  • Try having a lot of fluid. You can have a small quantity of fluid every often.
  • Make sure you do not skip your meal.
  • You can have 1 tablespoon of apple- cider vinegar and 1 table spoon of honey in a glass of cold water just before going to bed.
  • Drink ginger tea. It can be prepared very easily by boiling ginger root in water. Once it gets boiled you can drain of the water and add honey to sweeten it.
  • Get gentle and regular exercise.
  • Go out for walks so that you can have plenty of fresh air.
  • Avoid water in between your meals.
  • Close your eyes and try to rest peacefully.
