Here are some of the exercises that you need to avoid.

  • You must avoid any exercise that requires you to lie flat on your back.
  • Resistance exercises and weight training also must be avoided.
  • Avoid exercising if the weather is too hot or humid or if you are suffering from a high fever.
  • Saunas and hot tubs must be avoidedas they are harmful for you and the baby as well.

Warning Signs

Here are some of the warning signs or red flags that you must stop exercising:

  • Severe swelling in your feet
  • Feeling of light-headedness
  • Vaginal discharge or bleeding
  • Pelvic pressure
  • Mild to moderate contractions
