Conception Tips

It is not as easy to get pregnant as it seems. Some women conceive with ease but there are many who do not.. Studies shows that every couple has a 20% of chance conceiving at every cycle.

Menstrual Cycles:-

It is very important for a woman to know about their menstrual cycle in order to conceive. The normal menstrual cycle ranges from 28 to 32 days. Between 11 to 21 days you can ovulate if you are having a regular menstrual cycle. Women with longer menstrual cycles will ovulate later than women with shorter menstrual cycles. In order to keep a track, start writing down when your next menstrual cycle begins and ends.

Enjoying Sex:-

This is definitely the fun part! Enjoying sex is one of most important tips to conceive easily.  Do what you need to to put yourself in the mood. Maybe read E. L. James’ best selling book, The Fifty Shades of Grey for some ideas to spice it up a bit.  In order to get pregnant, it is very essential to enjoy sex. Studies show that when a woman enjoys having sex, they are highly aroused during this time and the chances of sperm fertilizing her egg becomes higher.  Also the frequency of sex will heighten your chances.

Healthy Diet:-

In order to get yourself pregnant, it is very important to keep a check on your diet. Increase the intake of folic acid as it can reduce the chances of  birth defects. While trying to get pregnant, avoid consuming alcohol, smoking and caffeine as it can cause miscarriages, premature birth and low birth weight. Intake of excessive caffeine reduces the absorption of iron. Eat plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables, and increase intake of calcium, iron and vitamins. Try and avoid foods high in salt, sugar and fat.

Weight Check:-

In order to determine your pregnancy, weight plays a vital role. Women who are healthy can have an easier pregnancy compared to women who are not healthy and fit. Obese women should reduce at least 10% of their weight before getting pregnant.

Exercise Regularly:-

In order to reduce stress and stimulate your hormones, exercising adequately is a must. You may opt for yoga which is very beneficial for a woman who wants to get pregnant. By doing exercise you will remain fit in mind, body, and spirit.

Eliminate Stress:-

Try to eliminate stress from your life as much as possible. The more relaxed you are, the better your chances will be to conceive.
