It is advisable to eat all types of foods. It is better to avoid those food which triggers the feeling of vomiting and nausea. Avoid eating spicy foods during the first trimester of pregnancy.
Ginger:-
One of the easiest and cheapest way of avoiding nausea and vomiting is ginger. Consumption of ginger reduces morning sickness. You can also have ginger tea, ginger biscuit and ginger capsules instead of having ginger.
Other Ways:-
Acupuncture also reduces the feeling of nausea and vomiting. You may also use acupuncture bands which are available in the market . They are also very effective. Consuming vitamin B6 supplements and sniffing peppermint also helps in reducing morning sickness.
