The signs of infertility are most feared by those couples who are not able to conceive even after a long period of time. Couples who are sexually active without using any protection are likely to conceive within a year’s time. It can be a sign of infertility when pregnancy doesn’t occur even after a year.

Another symptom of infertility is that there are some women who do not have periods for several months. This condition is known as amenorrhea. Miscarriages:

Miscarriage can be defined as a death or loss of the fetus which is another sign of infertility. It has been observed that 50% of pregnancies end in miscarriage without showing any signs. It is often regarded as a sign of infertility when a woman suffers two to three miscarriages.

  • Low sperm count is one of the most common signs of infertility in men.
  • Men have to produce enough sperm in order to conceive successfully.
  • The structure and quality of the sperm does matter for fertilization to occur.
